Financial Report that accesses PO data as well

We have a balance sheet budget vs actual as to what has been incurred.

However we want another column that tells us the amounts not yet billed on approved purchase orders.

the PO remaining is being done via a saved search and i then have to do a sumif within EXcel to pick up this information.
