TAPI setup with 3CX

Has anyone setup TAPI with a 3CX phone system? I have download the drivers and can make calls, but I'm unsure what the TAPI Device Name should be or even if that is the issue.

The NetSuite help says that I should see a telephone icon next to telephone numbers, but I am not. I'm using Edge as my browser.
