Change name of e-mailed saved search results file

Hi there,

I am looking to find a way to change the name of the filename of the e-mailed saved search csv file. It is set to "searchresults". Is there a way to change this? I know I can change the subject of the e-mail etc, but I can't find how to change the filename.
