Hello team,
Our users are having troubles with their NetSuite sending emails to their personal email rather than our Showroom email.
Anytime our user sends out an email in NS to a customer, the customers’ response goes back to his personal inbox, and we have missed a few responses from customers. Is there a way to ensure that all of his emails are sent to the Showroom email?
I checked his preferences in NetSuite and they are set to showroom@test.com (Set Preferences > From Email Address - showroom@test.com
Is there a bug or something related to this issue?
