How to resolve CSV error - Invalid Reference Key?
everytime I try to upload I recieve one of these 2 errors.
I have tried using the internal ID for the item, the company name, the description but no matter what I do the item will not be accepted. We have never used CSV's for sales orders at my company so I'm wondering what I am doing wrong. below is a screenshot of my template.
