What is the formula to get only the numeric portion of the ${entity.entityId} into a template email?

When setting up a template email, you can select fields to auto-populate into the email when generated.

I want to populate the ${entity.entityId} field, but only need the numeric portion of this ID.

Is there a formula I can use in the template email, within this field, to extract only the numeric portion?
