Separate lines for each column on Report
Hello again. I have had trouble searching for answers on this. I was hoping someone more experienced might be able to advise, just to point me in the right direction.
I have this report below and would like it to have the below enhancements. Any one of these would be good to have, if not all of them. But if someone experienced might see any of these as impossible, that would help. (note that Interaction and MSI are both custom fields.)
1) one line for each Interaction (video, multimedia, etc)
2) a filter for MSI (yes, unassigned, or no)
3) dates grouped by week (I understand that CASE formula is available to Saved Searches but not to Reports).
