Custom Record Permissions not taking effect.

Hi there,

I've built a custom record. As shown below, the record uses the access type of 'Use Permissions List' and then I have the permissions list built to give certain roles access to view, edit or full.

However, when I go onto a CFO role which for example is set to View, I still have full access to the records and can edit and delete any of them.

Is there something I've missed? Appreciate the help~
