How to bulk update Project (Job) Type in Projects

We just added the Project (Job) Type to our project records and would like to do a bulk update to them with the correct values.

MASS update doesn't find this field for project records.

Import/Export doesn't seem to allow this either.

Looking for suggestions on the best way to do this.
