How to import Purchase Contracts?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to import purchase contracts to NetSuite?

Or are there other choices to update vendor prices on purchase contracts (base rate-field) than edit purchase contract manually or create new purchase contract from another purchase contract with "make a copy" function?
