"Automated Calculation of Consumer's Use Tax for SuiteTax Engine" and default SuiteTax process..

Hello,

Could you tell me, please, what's the difference between this feature of SuiteTax and default SuiteTax engine work, when we do not fill taxes and SuiteTax engine calculates it automatically for non-US accounts.
