Why are no notifications sent to the sales rep for lead creation?
HI there
I have an online external lead/customer form
In the 'workflow' tab, I have the following:
The lead is assigned to the sales rep correctly though no notification is sent. Why is that?
This is occurring in more than one account which makes me think there is an additional step involved that I am missing?
