incorrect inventory count
Hi All,
We have "Wireless warehouse in a box" for our inventory management which flows to NetSuite. When we checked the quantity against each item there is a huge difference when compared to WWIAB. Although all the shipped items quantity are flowing correctly.
Eg: Say on Monday morning WWIAB and NetSuite has a difference of 100 count of an item and by saturday difference becomes 1200. Though I monitored every day and flow count is accurate but not sure how count is differing.
Can you please help me understand on what basis is NetSuite calculating item quantity? (I noticed its not just item fulfillment or inv adj)
