How to cancel an Active Workflow in an Invoice Pending Approval using a Non Admin role?

Hi All

Is it a lack of permission that Non Administrator User cannot Cancel Active Workflow in Invoice Pending Approval? Where is the permission need to be granted?


Administrator login can see Cancel option Active and underline but Non Administrator User cannot.
