Line Item field performance in Netsuite Mobile

Hi

I would like to know if there is any way to make more fast adding an item in "Netsuite Mobile". (opportunity, salesorder, estimate, invoice)

If I add a custom field of type item it is more faster.

In my case I have 300,000 items.
