Sandbox - Refresh Delayed
I have initiated our Sandbox to refresh since 10 days ago because NetSuite has been showing a status indicating it's Delayed. I already posted this issue to the technical support but there is no fix, practically no progress for the past 10 days. We are in the middle of implementing an addon project in NetSuite and now the whole project has to postpone because we can't get the Sandbox refresh up-to-date. What can NetSuite do to speed up the rectification process? It is merely a Sandbox refresh, how much issue can it have until NetSuite support couldn't resolve it after 10 days?
