How to create a search based on 2FA?

Although support for SMS/voice call authentication has allegedly ended, I just saw an email saying that some of our users are still using it and they won't be able to continue using it in early 2024!

My question is: How can I see a list of users who are still using that method of 2FA so I can notify them?
