When to use the Custom Attribute Mapper (CAM)?

Currently this tool only supports the following:

·      Custom field on T-Type 

·      Custom field on entity

·      Custom/list/record/seg on T-Type

·      Custom/list/record/seg on Entity

·      Customization on standard record 

Custom Attribute Mapper (CAM) only supports fields with the Stored Value box selected on NetSuite. 

It is not recommended to use Custom Attribute Mapper (CAM) for any other custom field types.

You only use Custom Attribute Mapper (CAM) to create data augmentations. Specifically, data augmentations created by Custom Attribute Mapper (CAM) are configured for 2 purposes:

·      To create an extension and/or dimension in ADW

·      Add folders/fields to the Semantic Model
