Change location of an item receipt from an ownership transfer
Once our Purchase Orders are ready for dispatch from supplier, we use the inbound shipment feature to put the stock in transfer & then take ownership of the PO.
WE ship one-to-one (one whole PO, with one whole inbound shipment & ownership transfer).
The PO stock is at sea for 8+ weeks, and sometimes we need to change the destination of the inbound stock, but we are unable to change the location on the item receipt and are finding that we are having to undo the ownership transfer, inbound shipment and updating the location on the PO, creating inbound shipment with OWT again to item receipt into the new location.
