Estimate -> Sales Order (Won't load items)

We have several estimates that won't convert to sales orders. When you're on the estimate page, and click the Sales Order button to convert the estimate to an order, it loads the order page as expected. However it just perpetually sits there trying to load the items.

I've tried this on several computers, from several different offices (by teamviewer), on several different accounts with different roles. They all suffer the same issue.

I can create a new estimate, and it works fine, however older ones it just hangs.

I've even tried making a copy of the estimates in question, and the copies won't convert to sales order either.
