Why is my NetSuite Best Practice Role not loaded with Dashboards?

Hi, Gurus!

I have Netsuite roles auto-generated by NS, such as "Client Name - Accountant".

This role does have basic dashboards but they are not populated and need manual customization.

And many tiles are not even added to landing page and I need to lick "Personolize".

Any idea what is missing here? #1

I believe they should be pre-loaded fully and look like #2.

#2 is from a standard and I did not modify it at all.
