CSV import of customer addresses using SuiteAnswers 67932

I'm trying to add fifty new address to one customer. I follow SuiteAnswers 67932 to the letter.

I get 100% failed. The CSV response error I get is.... "Please enter value(s) for: Company Name, Customer Type".

I'm not trying to import new customers. Why is it acting like I'm trying to create new customers.
