Suite Cloud Plus License
Hi
We have already procured Suite Cloud Plus License but still system is taking more than 12 hours for processing 5000 invoice records through API integration.
We checked in Setup - Company - View Billing Information and observed CURRENT PROVISIONED QTY it is showing as 1 for Suite Cloud Plus License but CURRENT USED QTY it it showing 0.
Does it means Suite Cloud Plus License is procured but not activated or being used?
If this is correct then can you please suggest me how to activate Suite Cloud Plus License in our account.
