Different rates for the same currency but different subsidiary

Hi,

We have a number of entities with base currency EUR, but in the Consolidated Exchange Rate table, the rates differ for each entity.

How does NetSuite determine the rates and shouldn't the same rate apply since the currency is the same?

Is there a report or saved search that can show differences of the rates between entities?

Please advise.
