SuiteQL Query fast in sandbox but slow in production?

Query in a custom Suitelet returns in sandbox in a few seconds. Takes nearly 2 minutes in production. We refreshed sandbox so there are no data differences, that I can think of. No workflows or other scripts different. I have profiled my page in Chrome in both environments and can see the runtime is all spent in NetSuite Suitelet. Ran the query befoe anyone else was logged into the system. No jobs running that I know of. Please, anyone have any ideas?
