User having issues loading portlets
Hello!
I'm hoping someone can guide me in the correct direction or if they have experienced this before, know how to resolve it.
One of my users is having issues loading portlets correctly on her Netsuite dashboard. She is using a role that is being used by other users (including myself), and the error only occurs on her dashboard.
For example, one of the saved search portlets displays like this:
If I keep scrolling down, none of her other portlets load:
Here are the steps I've done so far to troubleshoot this:
- I accessed the role from my account. No issues
