Electronic Bank Payments - Custom EP API plugin

Hello.

With the addition of Custom EP API plugin to the Electronic Bank Payments 2024.1 release. Does anyone know if we are able to create a custom Payment File Format that excludes special character "/" in Check Numbers? Wondering if anyone has explored that possibility. We have been unable to set a preferred check numbering format or remove "/" in Check Numbers with electronic bank payment.
