Email kickback: reason: 5.7.0 Permanent Failure: Other or undefined security status

Hello Community,

Would someone please help me with this email kickback reason? I've searched everywhere & cannot find any information regarding this specific reason. We've check our settings, they are correct. Our Domain key has been verified in the email setting and we are still receiving this email failure notice for an email address that is spelled correctly & is 100% valid and working.
