Refresh sublist form after field updated in main form

I have a script that runs on a field being changed. This script modifies a sublist and makes certain columns disabled and mandatory. But the issue I am finding is that the sublist does not refresh unless you click in it.

Is there anyway to update or refresh the sublist to show my changes?
