Bank Account Template Error EP_00004 : There are missing or incorrect filters in this saved search.

Hello,

When selecting a search for generating Bill Payment file we are getting the following error

"Bank Account Template Error

EP_00004 : There are missing or incorrect filters in this saved search."

I have created a search of the template provided by and have verified the criteria in Suiteanswers but i do nt see what is causing the error. We do not have partners

Below is a screenshot of the criteria which almost matches what is in SuiteAnswers

Is there another reason why it would be Throwing this error?
