Inventory Item Forms Changed

you asked for a screenshot, which I attached. Thank you

This field is now showing up on my Inventory Item forms, standard and custom.

Field ID: upccode

I did not put it there and don't want it there. I tried to remove it, but don't see it as an option when I customize the forms.

Anyone else have this field show up out of your control? Its now in my sandbox account as well. Ideas on how to remove?
