Remove Vendor in Inventory Items

Working in import/export csv files. Two of my vendors have merged into one. I have no trouble adding a vendor to an inventory item. What I cannot figure out is how to remove a vendor from an inventory item using import/export csv file. I can import/export csv making a vendor the preferred vendor. How do I remove Buckeye lures from the list using import/export csv file?
