Giving Customer access to Customer form

Good morning,

We are trying to figure out how we can give access to our customer only on customer Form to update few fields and also attach tax documents,w2 etc. I created a new Role for this task with the following options. Our Customer access check box is checked.


When I tried to give access I did get set password but when I tried to login to our NetSuite I can not login.

can anyone please help? thank you for all your help.
