Any Changes made to the AR role permission during recent maintenance upgrades

Good afternoon,

We are scheduled for upgrade on 4/26/24 to 2024.1. In preparation for the upgrade there have been some minor maintenance upgrades to prepare our system for the upgrade.

  1. Has there been any updates/revisions to AR roles in NS with the recent maintenance.
  2. This following issue started happening a few weeks ago.

AR user logs into NS and navigates to customer record

Clicks on Accept Payment

Enters required information, Payment Amount and Payment method

Clicks Save

Acknowledges notification:

Are you sure you want to enter an unapplied payment for this customer?

(We want to process the unapplied amount)

Clicks OK
