[Custom Dashboard Snapshots] Auto-Expanding/ Date Dropdown
Hi,
Have created a custom snapshot, for our customer dashboards, which shows Sales by Brand, by Month.
The first problem I have is that the snapshot defaults to the expanded view. I have set the source report up such that the fields are automatically collapsed, which works on the report itself, but not on the snapshot. Is there a way to set the snapshot to default to the collapsed view?
Secondly, the data on the report is present using custom date ranges. Despite this, the snapshot has a date dropdown at the bottom. Clearly, because the date range of the report is custom, changing the date range of the snapshot doesn't actually do anything, so this dropdown is redundant. Is there any way to remove/hide this from the snapshot?
