Crowdsourcing: Complying with global e-invoicing mandates

Does anyone have experience using NetSuite to comply with any of the countries that have mandated e-invoicing? We have offices in Malaysia and a mandate from their government looming in August. My understanding is that NetSuite does not intend to release a SuiteApp dedicated to Malaysia specifically (they issued an enhancement request on our behalf) but the MY government has recently issued a statement that they will be adopting the PEPPOL system that Singapore uses. NetSuite does have a PEPPOL-ready Singapore e-invoicing SuiteApp. Is anyone here using that and would be willing to give us a demo of how the
