Transaction line in Revenue Recognition Event

How is that transaction line created and show in the transaction line drop down when creating revenue recognition event?

When creating a revenue recognition event the transaction line (transactionline) is mandatory. I'm trying to create events for a Credit Memo but there is no transaction line showing for that credit memo or Return Authorization.
