How to resolve "Record has been deleted since you retrieved it" issue?
Hi everyone,
I have come across this issue before and thought we were past it, but apparently not.
When I am trying to do an Add or Update import of Sales Orders with multiple line items, I have the overwrite sublists box checked and I have mapped the Line ID (beginning at 0; i.e. three lines my IDs are 0, 1, 2) but I am receiving an error saying "The record has been deleted since you retrieved it". I had experienced this issue once before and then realized the line id needed to start at 0, not 1, so I made that change and it had been working just fine.
