Unable to perform admin rights
I am a Netsuite administrator, and I am unable to change users passwords, getting an error "Only the user can change this password, as this user has access to more than one NetSuite account."
Also, I am unable to raise Netsuite ticket, It says "You do not have permission to open a case.Please contact your system administrator"
However, I am an Admin and listen in the authorized users as well.
