Duplicate Resolution - Parent/Child
Hello,
We have continuous popups for duplicate entity because a "child" company has the same domain as the "parent."
Ie:
Parent Company = ABC Inc, email address = abchq@abc.com
Child Company = DEF Company (An ABC, Inc. Co.), email address = defhq@abc.com
This is extremely common to have the same domain for child companies as the parent, yet Netsuite thinks they are duplicates, even with the child/parent relationship.
Anyone else come across this, or a solution?
Marking them as "Not a duplicate" clears them from the list, until we add another child company of ABC, and then all 3 show up again on the list.
