Customer dropdownlist name

Hi please let me ask you a question about dropdown list.

Above is the customer list on project entity.

When I choose {List}, I can see ID and customer name. This is good.

When I choose dropdownlist as there are many customers, there are only IDs without name. Is there any way to show ID and customer name like {001 AA - 050 DD}{051 FF - 099 ZZ} on the dropdownlist instead?
