Sales Order Saved Search with email trigger when all hardware items fulfilled
Hello there, just a general question, is there a way in which a Sales Order saved search at item level can be set up so that a trigger when all items are fulfilled? I've taken a look at a few examples but as they are dealing at item level a bit at a loss how to tackle at SO level, would appreciate any advice, thanks.
