Frustration with New Bank Reconciliation method

edited Mar 31, 2024 4:13AM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

For 11 years we used the pre 2021.1 bank and credit card account recon system.

A - It worked so easy for us …

B - I have been able to recon our Mastercard account using the old system thru April 2023 … but now I can't recon May '23 statement.

C - We don't import any electronic bank data or match bank data automatically thru any import tool.

D - NS says I can still use the old recon system - which I want to do - but when I access the credit card statement recon regular page and enter my normal data - Statement Date and Start Date and enter Ending Statement Balance … no transactions show up … where always in the past - all transactions that had been previously entered into the Mastercard GL account within the statement dates … would show up?
