Elimination incomplete

Hi All

Our client experienced a few intercompany entries do not automatically eliminate during consolidation.

For example under this Investment account:

For the very first (and only) JE posted to this account, the box "eliminate" was ticked and the first few eliminations were correct. However, the subsequent automatic elimination entries from May 2020 onwards seem to be incorrect & since then had to manually pass a JE to post the elimination entries. Is there a way to correct this at this stage?
