Reconciliation of stock ledger with TB

Hello Community,

I'm reaching out with an issue I'm facing in reconciling my stock ledger with the trial balance. The goal is to reconcile purchases, sales, and the remaining stock value. I’ve been using the 'Purchase by Item Detail' report for this purpose, but I've encountered a problem.

When a bill credit is posted, it seems to be double-counting. This occurs because the report counts both the item fulfillment and the bill credit. For example, if the original amount of the credit is 616, it shows up as 1232 in the report, essentially doubling the expected amount it has 2 lines one for bill credit and one for item fullment. Our process involves creating bill credits through vendor return authorizations.

Howdy, Stranger!
