How to add Custom Segments in Budget vs Actual reports?

Dear Community members,

I have a question re Budget vs Actual Report.

In "Column" filter, in filters bar, it doesn't show the custom segments as in all other out-of-the-box reports. I also tried to customize the report but still the custom segments are not shown in the drop down lists of fields to add in customization page.

How can i include custom segments in "Column" filters?
