Edit Text of Message & Disclaimer on Legacy PDF Template

I cannot find where to edit Message and/or Disclaimer on the old PDF layouts. I see where to change their size, position, and so on, but not the text itself.

Where is it stored? I tried double click on the element, looked on forms, look everywhere.

We cannot move to Advanced PDF at this time, so I need to make a few edits for now.
