Outbound SSO from SCA

Good day,

We are currently doing a project to move our ecommerce to SuiteCommerce Advanced. One of our requirements is outbound SSO from SCA for our customers to several other custom and third party web apps. We are having a difficult time figuring out how to configure this. We suspect that we need to use the NetSuite as OIDC Provider feature, but there is almost no documentation about how to configure SCA to provide SSO to external apps. The existing documentation does make it seem as though this is possible, but we can't find anything that actually walks us through it.
