Setting up autogenerated numbering per subsidiary

Hi to all!

We have a client that is live and requested to enable the "per subsidiary" auto-generated numbering for document numbers and transaction numbers.

Is there a way to run an update on the existing created transactions (POs,PIs,SOs,SIs,JEs,Item Receipts,Item Fullfilments)???
