Unable to do VENDOR Return Authorization with inventory details not showing up

Whilst trying to do Vendor Return Authorization created out of purchase order which has all inventory details; am unable to select inventory details… its not showing up. I did save it and did item fulffilment as well but no inventory details showing so how can we proceed it.
